Well, it’s officially freezing cold here in Ocean City – 12° to be exact! So, since I am frozen inside the house with Chloè, I figured I’d share with y’all my go-to outfit for days like today, or any day when the temp drops below 40°.
Cable knits have always been a staple in my Winter wardrobe, and they never seem to go out of style. They are chic, comfy, and warm – everything you need to put together a great outfit in January! I am also a big fan of turtlenecks, which I know some people shy away from, but not me. There is nothing worse then freezing your toosh off all day at work, or while you are out trying to enjoy dinner. So, bring on the turtlenecks and cable knits! I love to wear a thick camisole underneath my long sleeved turtleneck tee, which I layer underneath of my heavy cable knit sweaters… sounds like a lot… but I am always nice and toasty! Some of the oldest sweaters I own are classic heavy duty cable knits and I still live in them. You can literally wear them for any occasion – paired with a great skirt for work, with jeans for a more casual look, or with some cashmere joggers for a chic airplane outfit! I linked below my current favorite cable knit sweaters, including the one pictured above, so we can all look fabulous during this cold spell!
Stay warm!

I love the Leopard print boots, they go with the outfit so well! I could talk all day about how much I love knitwear, all of the ones you’ve linked are amazing ❤
